Shipping Policy — Sun Six (Sun Six Seven LLC)

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on sunsix.co and related Sun Six online storefronts operated by Sun Six Seven LLC (DBA “Sun Six”).

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons, new releases, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Preorders, limited releases, and restock items will ship according to the estimated timelines shown on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change based on manufacturer or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, carrier, and package weight/size.

We typically ship with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (for some international destinations). Available options will be shown at checkout.

All delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed by Sun Six. Weather events, peak season volume, customs processing, or carrier issues can extend delivery times.

Preorders & Upcoming Releases

Items marked as preorder or “coming soon” will ship when they are received from the manufacturer or distributor.

  • If your order contains both in-stock items and preorders, your order may ship together once all items are available, or in multiple shipments at our discretion.

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded except where a product is canceled or cannot be fulfilled by our supplier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to us due to address issues
  • Additional shipping charges required to re-ship an order

We cannot change the shipping address after an order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the shipment is considered completed and the risk of loss passes to you.

Sun Six is not responsible for:

  • Packages that are lost after delivery
  • Packages that are stolen after delivery
  • Packages mis-delivered by the carrier but marked delivered

If your package is missing:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order.
  2. Check around your property, mailbox, parcel lockers, and with neighbors.
  3. Check with your building management, mailroom, or front desk (if applicable).
  4. Contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

We will assist with carrier investigations where possible, but replacements or refunds for orders marked as delivered cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Packages & Items

If your order arrives with visible damage to the shipping box or to the items inside, please take clear photos of the packaging and items (including the shipping label) and contact us at info@sunsix.co within 48 hours of delivery.

For collectibles (Funko items, blind boxes, action figures, etc.), please note:

  • Minor cosmetic box wear such as small dents, creases, corner dings, or light shelf wear from transit is not considered damage for refund purposes.
  • Manufacturing variations or minor paint/print differences are common in collectibles and are not considered defects.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Available destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage or handling fees charged by carriers or customs authorities

These fees are not included in our product prices or standard shipping rates and are collected by your local authorities or delivery partners.

Delays due to customs inspections or local postal services are outside our control. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be treated as delivered.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees and any additional carrier charges may be deducted from your refund (if the order is eligible for a refund under our Refund & Return Policy).
  • Preorders and certain collectibles may not be eligible for refund.

Signature Confirmation (High-Value Orders)

For certain high-value or limited edition orders, we may require a signature upon delivery, or offer signature confirmation as an option at checkout. Signature confirmation reduces the risk of theft and mis-delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We may limit shipping to certain addresses, including:

  • P.O. Boxes (depending on carrier and order size/weight)
  • Freight forwarders or reshippers (evaluated case-by-case)
  • Countries restricted by U.S. export law or carrier limitations

If we cannot ship to your address after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation and refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

  • Orders cannot be changed after they enter fulfillment or ship.
  • Preorders are final sale and generally cannot be canceled.
