Refund & Return Policy — Sun Six (Sun Six Seven LLC)

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For collectibles (Funko, blind boxes, action figures, limited editions), items must remain factory sealed. Opened collectible items cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us at info@sunsix.co. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided in your RMA email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
  • Customer remorse: Customer pays return shipping.

We may reject or adjust refunds for opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items.

Damages & Packaging Notes

Minor packaging imperfections (dents, creases, shelf wear, paint variations) are not considered defects. Blind-box outcomes cannot be returned due to preference.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Blind boxes & mystery boxes
  • Opened collectible items
  • Limited edition or seasonal releases
  • Preorders
  • Perishables
  • Personalized items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Digital goods (gift cards)
  • Sale or clearance items

Preorders

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled except when a product is canceled or cannot be fulfilled.

Restocking Fees

  • 10% fee for remorse returns or packaging damage
  • Up to 50% fee for opened collectibles or significant wear

Exchanges

Return the item (if eligible). After approval, place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel within 14 days if items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may require additional time.

Lost or Rejected Returns

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, or sent without authorization. Customers are responsible for proper packaging.

Fraud Prevention

We may refuse returns for repeated abuse, product swapping, counterfeit items, or suspicious behavior.
