Do you sell authentic products?

Yes. Everything we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from manufacturers (Funko, Mattel, Hasbro, Bandai). No bootlegs, no repros. Ever.

What condition are items in?

All items are brand new, factory sealed, and stored in a climate-controlled environment. We inspect every item before shipping.

What if my blind box is opened?

Blind box and blind bag items cannot be returned if opened. The mystery is part of the product — once you know what's inside, the item can't be resold as new.

Can I request a specific figure from a blind box?

No. Blind box items are random by design. We can't see inside the packaging any more than you can. No requests, no guarantees.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unopened, factory-sealed items. Opened collectibles are subject to a 10–50% restocking fee. Defective items: contact us for free return shipping.

How do you ship?

USPS, UPS, FedEx — calculated at checkout. We ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are packed in boxes with bubble wrap. International shipping available to select countries.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship internationally to select countries. Rates calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking number as soon as your label is printed. Check your email or log into your account.

What is a Pop! Keychain?

A Funko Pop! figure with a keychain clip — same stylized design, smaller scale. Clip to your backpack, keys, or display on a stand.
